ABC's news magazine show "20/20" will tonight explore the Kaloko Dam breach that killed seven people last year.

The story about Kaloko Dam airs at 9 p.m. on KITV.

It examines whether the breach was a natural disaster or occurred because of man-made changes to the dam and its relief area.
