Hiker injured at falls near Likelike Highway

A 20-year-old woman hurt her leg at a waterfall near Likelike Highway this afternoon and had to be airlifted.The woman was swinging on a rope at the falls when she let go too soon, landing on some rocks instead of in the water.
She had a possible broken leg and injuries to her ankles.
Firefighters got to the woman at about 6 p.m. and airlifted her. She was with four friends, none of whom was hurt.
