In his final home game, University of Hawaii senior Matt Lojeski saved his best for last.

The 6-foot-6 guard scored a career-high 35 points in a 92-75 Western Athletic Conference men's basketball victory over Boise State today at Stan Sheriff Center.

Lojeski hit all seven of his 3-point attempts as he and Ahmet Gueye celebrated Senior Night.

It was also a farewell game for UH coach Riley Wallace, who was coaching his final home game in his 20-year career as head coach for the Rainbows.

The victory also gave UH the No. 5 seed in next week's WAC Basketball Tournament in Las Cruces, N.M.

Had UH lost, it would have been a No. 7 seed.

UH will play Utah State, the No. 4 seed, in the quarterfinals of the tournament.

UH finished the regular season at 18-12 overall and 8-8 in the WAC. Boise State finished 16-13 and 8-8.

Boise State is the No. 6 seed in the WAC Tournament and will play Fresno State.
