Rapozo to head Kaua'i Community Assistance offices

Kaua'i Mayor Bryan Baptiste has recommended Janine Rapozo serve as director of Kaua'i County's Offices of Community Assistance.
The appointment is pending approval by Kaua'i County Council.
Rapozo has served as interim director of the agency since former director Bernard Carvalho was named recently to a position with the county's Department of Parks and Recreation.
As head of the Offices of Community Assistance, Rapozo would oversee agencies handling affairs of the elderly, housing and transportation.
