Jolt from outlet injures Makalapa Elementary student

A 10-year-old boy who stuck a pencil into an electrical outlet at Makalapa Elementary School this morning suffered burn injuries on his hands.The boy was taken to Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children in serious condition.
