International festival at LCC

Leeward Community College will hold its 14th annual International Festival March 12-16. The free events include:
March 12, 9:15 a.m.: LCC Theatre, Australian aboriginal dance group; keynote talk by Sister Joan Chatfield, former Chaminade University dean of humanities; talk on role of journalism in defining world events.
March 13, 9 a.m.: Room GT105, talks on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict; the India-Pakistan issue.
March 14, 9 a.m.: LCC Library lanai, cultural extravaganza including Moroccan musicians.
March 16, 10 a.m.: Room GT105, talk on nuclear issues in North Korea and Iran.
