Race track, new project on tap for board

Presentations about a new Kapahulu Avenue construction project and the O'ahu Race Track are on the agenda for the Diamond Head/Kapahulu/St. Louis Heights Neighborhood Board meeting Thursday at the Ala Wai Clubhouse.

The meeting begins at 7 p.m. on the second floor.
