'Iolani fair with a 'Fiesta' theme

"Fiesta Fever" is the theme of 'Iolani School's 16th annual school fair, noon to 10 p.m. April 20-21.
The free event will feature films, entertainment, food booths, games, Xtreme attractions, cooking demonstrations, an art show, a silent auction, crafts, produce and plant sale. A new Cafe Ole will offer fajitas, tamales, taco salads and burritos; traditional fare such as malasadas, Hawaiian plate lunches and Portuguese bean soup will also be available.
A big screen, on the football field, will spotlight "Employee of the Month" at 7:15 p.m. Friday and "Happy Feet" on Saturday.
Performers on Friday will include B.B. Shawn, Kelly "Boy" DeLima 'Ohana and 'Ekolu; Saturday's roster includes Ka'ipo and the 'Opihi Pickers.
