State, NASA to announce partnership

Gov. Linda Lingle will hold a 2 p.m. news conference today to announce a partnership between the state and the NASA Ames Research Center to promote research, education and work force development in aerospace-related fields.Lingle will make the announcement at the State Capitol in the Executive Chamber.
