Subaru vehicles to be sold under Servco subsidiary

Subaru vehicles will be sold through a new O'ahu dealership after being acquired by Servco Pacific Inc. from Schuman Inc., Servco officials announced this morning.Seven Schuman employees will be affected by the agreement but Servco officials said they will be offered positions with Servco.
The new Servco subsidiary called Servco Subaru Inc. will continue to work with the Neighbor Island network that includes Hilo Subaru, Kona Subaru and Island Subaru Maui.
Details of the transaction were not released.
Servco distributes Toyota, Lexus, Scion and Suzuki vehicles. It is the dealer for Toyota, Scion, Suzuki and Chevrolet on O'ahu. Servco is also the dealer for Lexus on O'ahu and Maui, and the dealer for Toyota on Kaua'i.
