Island Air offers $12 return flights

Another round has been fired in the interisland airfare wars. This time, it's Island Air posting the deal.On its Web site, www.islandair.com, you can buy a round-trip ticket and the return flight is $12.
Tickets must be purchased by midnight Friday.
Travel time for the promotion is between Monday and May 20.
Some restrictions apply. Fare rules are available upon booking.
