go! parent company has strong February performance

PHOENIX — Mesa Air Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:MESA) today reported its preliminary traffic figures for February 2007. Year-over-year available seat miles increased 3.0 percent in February 2007 to 683 million, compared to 663 million in February 2006. Revenue passenger miles increased 4.5 percent from 485 million in 2006 to 507 million in 2007. Passenger enplanements increased 13.3 percent from 1,058,229 in February 2006 to 1,199,184 in February 2007.

February was another month of strong operational performance for Mesa's independent Hawaii division go! which recorded an overall completion factor of 99.6 percent and on time arrival rate of 89.7 percent go!'s operations generated 11.7 million available seat miles, 7.1 million revenue passenger miles and 49,506 passenger enplanements, resulting in a load factor of 60.5 percent.

"Considering the adverse weather conditions throughout most of our system we are very pleased with our February performance," said Mesa's Chairman & CEO Jonathan Ornstein. "In addition, we are particularly pleased to announce that in the March 2007 DOT Air Travel Consumer Report for the month of January Mesa Airlines had the lowest ratio of complaints per 100,000 enplanements. I want to thank the Mesa Team for the great job in assisting our customers during these difficult operational conditions."

Mesa currently operates 200 aircraft with over 1,300 daily system departures to 173 cities, 43 states, Canada, Mexico and the Bahamas. Mesa operates as Delta Connection, US Airways Express and United Express under contractual agreement with Delta Air Lines, US Airways and United Airlines, respectively, and independently as Mesa Airlines and go!. In June 2006 Mesa launched interisland Hawaiian service as go! This new operation links Honolulu to the neighbor island airports of Hilo, Kahului, Kona, and Lihue.
