Stalled vehicle slowing south-bound Pali traffic

Advertiser Staff

A stalled vehicle has been reported in the south-bound lanes on the Pali Highway this morning. Pieces of black metal were also reported near the Pali tunnels around 5:30 a.m.

Elsewhere, east-bound traffic at the H-1/H-2 merge is starting to back up to the Waikele shopping center and traffic is slow through Pearl City and 'Aiea.

A power outage in the Honolulu area has caused traffic lights to go out in some areas. HECO is working on identifying the areas affected by the power outage.
