Power restored to 3,700 HECO Pauoa area customers

The Hawaiian Electric Company has restored power to 3,700 homes in the Pauoa and Punchbowl areas as of 8:45 a.m., HECO spokeswoman Lynn Unemori said.A downed power line on Pauoa Road caused the early morning outage. Power was restored to about 3,500 customers within an hour of the initial 5:27 a.m. outage.
