Names of helicopter crash victims released

LIHU'E, Kaua'i — Police this afternoon released the names of the victims of yesterday's Heli USA tour chopper crash.Killed was pilot William Joseph "Helicopter Joe" Sulak, of Princeville, Kaua'i.
Three couples were Sulak's passengers, and one member of each couple survived the crash.
Police identified those killed as John O'Donnell of East Rockaway, N.Y.; Teri McCarty of Cabot, Ark.; and Margriet Inglebrecht of Santa Maria, Calif.
Veronica O'Donnell of East Rockaway, James McCarty of Cabot and Cornelius Scholtz of Santa Maria survived the crash and are being treated at The Queen's Medical Center.
