Woman hurt in head-on collision outside Hale'iwa

A 24-year-old woman was taken to The Queen's Medical Center in serious condition this morning after being involved in a head-on collision at Kaukonahua and Waialua Beach roads outside Hale'iwa.An ambulance was sent to the crash site at 10:44 a.m. and emergency crews said a vehicle and truck were involved in the accident on Weed Circle.
