A woman was taken to The Queen's Medical Center in serious condition following a single-car crash on H-1 Freeway.The woman, 23, came off the Red Hill on-ramp and rolled up the side of the hill, taking out a light pole and running her van up against a tree.
The silver Mazda MPV LX was totaled, but police said the woman was wearing a seatbelt and her airbags deployed, helping her escape more serious injury.
It is not known yet if speed or alcohol were factors.
