Join tomorrow's Kokua cleanup

Advertiser Staff

The 'Ewa Weed & Seed project will focus on cleaning up Ewa Villages and the bus stops along Fort Weaver Road tomorrow during its second Neighborhood Kokua Day.

Volunteers will gather at 8:30 a.m. at Mahiko Park on Renton Road in Ewa Villages.

For information, call Gale Braceros, site coordinator for 'Ewa Weed & Seed, at 689-4182, ext. 305.

In the project's first cleanup, last August, more than 140 volunteers swept through the 'Ewa Beach neighborhood from North Road to Renton Road, Braceros said.

Other efforts will take place tomorrow in the Kalihi and Ala Moana areas.
