Girl arrested in attack on police officer

A juvenile girl arrested Friday on suspicion of punching a police officer at a Nanakuli residence has been released pending further investigation.Police said the officer responded to a domestic abuse call at 7:28 a.m. and was punched while attempting to stop an argument between the girl and her mother, 42.
The girl was booked as a juvenile for assault on a police officer, harassment and resisting arrest.
