Equally adept at scoring or setting up teammates, Punahou senior forward Nick Love and Kamehameha senior midfielder Kekoa Osorio were named the Interscholastic League of Honolulu co-Offensive Players of the Year.

Punahou junior defender Chris Walker, owner of a booming left foot, was the Defensive Player of the Year.

'Iolani's Brock Granger and Kamehameha's Kimo Komomua join Love as the forwards on the first team.

Punahou's Alex Ho and Saint Louis' Austin Wahinekona also are first-team midfielders.

First-team defenders are 'Iolani's Vince Cachero, Kamehameha's Kainoa Kahui, Punahou's Will Jensen and Walker.

Pac-Five goalkeeper Ian Sutherland rounds out the team.

Kamehameha's Andrew Ah New was named the Coach of the Year.

Love tied for the league lead with 11 goals and Osorio had five, but it was the threat of Osorio's scoring ability that put the fear in opposing coaches.

Walker helped the Buffanblu to a league-best seven goals allowed.
