Advertiser Staff

Jay Furfaro has completed his two-year term as general manager of the Princeville Resort on Kaua'i but will continue to work with the property as a consultant, according to Princeville Associates.

Furfaro, who has served on the Kaua'i County Council since 2002, is reactivating his consulting company, Hospitality Concepts, Ltd. and plans to continue working with Princeville in several areas, including human resources, leadership training and developing "its sense of place."

The resort said Furfaro has been overseeing the resort's transition to new owners. The 9,000-acre resort includes the 252-room Princeville Hotel, the Prince and Makai golf courses and clubs, a tennis club, health club, spa, and shopping center.
