Power restored to 700 customers in Ka'a'awa

Power was restored to about 700 Hawaiian Electric Co. customers in the Ka'a'awa area as of 9:03 a.m. today, said company spokesman Peter Rosegg.The power had been out since about 6:50 a.m.
Rosegg said the affected homes and businesses were between a HECO substation in Hau'ula and Kualoa Ranch.
