Events will mark Human Rights Day

Dozens of activists will gather at the state Capitol tomorrow for the third annual Human Rights Day.The event starts at 9 a.m., with an informational fair on several human rights and social service projects in the Islands. Lawmakers will also be on hand to talk about pertinent bills moving through the Legislature.
High school and college students will attend the event to learn about careers and volunteer opportunities.
