Multi-tasking hip-hop artist and actor Mos Def will return to Honolulu for a Pipeline Cafe concert April 12.
Advance tickets at $38 are on sale at Dig Lifestyles, Pipeline Cafe and online at www.presaleticketsonline.com. Tickets at Pipeline Cafe on show date will be $45.
Doors for the show will open at 9 p.m. The show is open to those 18 and older.
Mos Def's most recent CD was last year's uninspired "True Magic," which stalled at No. 77 on the Billboard Top 200 album chart. His most recent turn on the big screen was in the 2006 Bruce Willis flop "16 Blocks."
Mos Def was last in Honolulu for a show in February 2005 at Pipeline Cafe.
