FBI probes $300,000 alleged theft from Bank of Hawaii

The FBI is investigating the alleged theft of more than $300,000 from the Bank of Hawaii.The money was taken in January when the bank was transferring funds by airline to Neighbor Island branches, said Bank of Hawaii spokeswoman Nancy Usui.
The bank is cooperating with the FBI, which has not yet made any arrests. FBI officials could not be reached for immediate comment.
