Thomas Kaulukukui services set for March 20

Services for Thomas K. Kaulukukui, a Hawai'i sports legend and former trustee for the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, are scheduled for Tuesday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Kane'ohe Stake Center.

Kaulukukui, 94, died March 9. He was a multisport athlete who was the first University of Hawai'i football player to earn All-America honors.

Visitation is from 8:30 to 10:45 a.m. with services from 11 a.m. to noon. A private burial will follow.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Kane'ohe Stake Center is at 46-117 Halaulani Street (off Kamehameha Highway, across from King Intermediate School).
