Bally plans reopening fund-raiser

Bally, the fashion retailer, celebrates the reopening of its Waikiki flagship store at 2270 Kalakaua Ave. with a benefit for the Hawai'i Theatre from 6 to 8 p.m. March 23.
There will be an in-store fashion show, showcasing Bally's spring-summer collection, plus cocktails and music.
