Former Kahala Tower Records space to become offices

Kahala Mall has decided to convert its store space formerly occupied by Tower Records into offices for lease.The roughly 10,000-square-foot space housed two subsequent restaurants before Tower, which closed in December. But its second-story location with no interior connection to the enclosed mall made it ill-suited for retail, according to Ron Yoda, the shopping center's general manager.
