Motorcyclist in serious condition from Pali crash

A motorcycle rider has been taken to The Queen's Medical Center in serious condition this morning after crashing into a stopped car on the Pali Highway.The male rider, described as being in his 50s, crashed on the Pali near Auloa Road in Kailua at about 9:45 this morning, said Bryan Cheplic, spokesman for the Honolulu Emergency Services Department.
It wasn't immediately clear whether the motorcycle was headed in the Kailua or town-bound direction.
