Partners in Time, specializing in traditional Baltic and Near East sounds of Macedonia, Bulgaria, Greece, Armenia and Turkey, will perform at 7:30 p.m. March 24 at the rRed Elephant, 1144 Bethel St.Partners in Time features Kip McAtee, guitar; Anita Trubitt, accordion; Ernie Provencher, bass; and Marcia Kemble, dumbek (a hand drum) and frame drum.
