Anti-war march, rally, concert tomorrow

To coincide with the fourth anniversary of the war in Iraq, an anti-war rally is scheduled for 3 p.m. tomorrow at the diamondhead end of Ala Moana Park with a street march to follow at 4 p.m.

A rally and concert at the park will follow the march. The march will begin at the intersection of Atkinson Drive and Ala Moana Boulevard with the rally and concert at picnic areas 1 and 2.

The event will coincide with a March on the Pentagon in Washington, D.C., and with the Global Days of Protest tomorrow and Sunday.

The Honolulu rally and march are sponsored by World Can't Wait and Not In Our Name-Hawai'i, and co-sponsored by AFSC-Hawai'i, KAHEA Environmental Alliance, Iraq Veterans Against the War, Veterans for Peace, Buddhist Peace Fellowship-Honolulu, First Unitarian Church, Philippine Workers Support Committee, Hawai'i-Okinawa Alliance, DMZ-Hawai'i Aloha Aina, AnakBayan Hawai'i, Hawai'i Labor for Peace and Justice, Progressive Democrats of Hawai'i, Pax Christi, Revolution Books, OhanaKoa/Nuclear Free & Independent Pacific and others.
