Kaua'i County offices' phone service restored

Phone service has been restored today in Kaua'i County offices located in the Pi'ikoi Building at the Lihu'e Civic Center.Phone calls were not going through to the Housing or Elderly Affairs agencies, Department of Parks & Recreation and the Information Technology Division this morning.
