Hakala leads UH over Northridge in men's volleyball

Lauri Hakala pounded 16 kills in an errorless match to lead the University of Hawai'i volleyball team to a 30-25, 30-25, 30-26 victory over Cal State Northridge tonight at Stan Sheriff Center.In winning for the second time in the last 11 matches, the Warriors improved to 4-14 overall and 4-11 in the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation.
The Matadors fell to 13-10 and 7-7.
The teams play again tomorrow at 7 p.m.
