Punchbowl off-ramp to close Wednesday night

The Punchbowl Street off-ramp on the east-bound H-1 Freeway will be closed from 9 p.m. Wednesday through 1 a.m. Thursday morning for tree trimming and roadside maintenance, the state Department of Transportation said.Drivers are advised to allow for extra time and use the Pali Highway off-ramp or the Kina'u Street off-ramp as alternative routes.
