UH sweeps volleyball match, series from Northridge

Hawai'i completed a two-match sweep of Cal State Northridge with a 30-27, 31-29, 30-26 men's volleyball victory tonight at the Stan Sheriff Center.The Warriors improved to 5-14 overall and 5-11 in the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation. The Matadors are 13-11 and 7-8.
Lauri Hakala led UH with 15 kills and Matt Vanzant added 11. Ric Cervantes had 13 digs.
James Lischer had 13 kills, Dan Rhodes 11 and Isaac Kneubuhl 10 for Northridge.
Kneubuhl is a Kamehameha alum.
