REPORTED OFFENSES IN HAWAI'I PUBLIC SCHOOLS, 2005-07

School principals report to the state Department of Education on the number and kind of offenses that occur at their schools. This database includes the counts for all four classes of offenses, with A being the most serious and D being the least. Because there is no precise standard for how incidents fit into specific categories or classes, different schools report disciplinary data differently. As a result, some schools with high enrollments may report far fewer Class A offenses that much smaller schools.
