"Ohana Road," an automotive magazine show airing at 6 p.m. Saturdays and 11 p.m. Sundays on KITV-4, is celebrating its fourth anniversary this month.
Since March 2003, "Ohana Road," hosted by former local deejay Dale Payson and singer Anita Hall, has earned up several industry awards, including last month's top award from the International Automotive Media Competition for Best of Video, topping perennial winner, PBS's "Motor Trend TV." Executive Producer Bill Maloney says "Ohana Road" is one of only two currently airing locally-produced TV shows that airs on a local network affiliate.
Show segments feature local comedians like Augie T and Pipi from FM100.
