DLNR chief heads to Hilo to talk about agency's budget

State Department of Land and Natural Resources Director Peter Young will talk about his department's budget at the Governor's East Hawai'i Council of Advisors monthly meeting next week in Hilo.He will focus on initiatives and projects related to the Big Island at the meeting, which is scheduled for 5:15 p.m. March 29 at the Aupuni Center conference room, 101 Pauahi St., Hilo.
