Advertiser Staff

Chason Ishii has been promoted president of Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, the firm's parent company announced today.

In his new role Ishii will oversee the firm's six residential real estate brokerage sales offices, a sales force of more than 450 agents, its commercial real estate operation, national relocation, agent services, marketing, acquisitions, as well as the new homes and projects division.

Ishii assumes the responsibilities held by Herb Conley and Scott Bradley, managing directors of CBPP since 1995. Conley and Bradley will remain with the company and transition from their current roles to serving on the company's Board of Advisors.
