  • "AIRPORT REVISITED — A BEHIND THE SCENES LOOK," a panel discussion on upcoming transformations at Honolulu International Airport, sponsored by the local chapter of the Pacific Asia Travel Association, is planned for Thursday. Moderator of the panel will be Marsha Wienert, state tourism liaison. Participating will be Marge Kawashima, general manager of DFS Galleria at airports statewide; Alan Yamamoto, Hawaiian Islands district general manager of HMS Host food and beverage concessionaire; Brian H. Sekiguchi, deputy director, state Department of Transportation; and Ken Muranaka, administrator, state Department of Transportation, Visitor Information Program.   • Yuka Nagashima, executive director/chief executive officer of the High Technology Development Corporation, will address members of the Hawai'i TeleCommunications Association March 28 on the administration's Innovation Initiative, which supports high-tech businesses. HTDC is the state agency that facilitates the development and growth of the commercial high-tech industry to diversify Hawai'i's economy. The meeting is scheduled from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., at the Hale Koa Hotel, Waikiki Showroom. Nagashima is the former president and one of the founders of internet service provider LavaNet.
