Free talk set for tonight on global climate change

The Oahu Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation and the Sierra Club's Hawaii Chapter will present former Vice President Al Gore's program on global climate change at 7 p.m. today Ala Moana Beach Park's McCoy Pavilion.

The Sierra Club's Jeff Mikulina will discuss the science, impacts and solutions regarding climate change and will also talk about pending legislation that deals with global climate change.

The event is free and open to the public.
