Fifteen O'ahu-based artists explore Makua Valley, which has been steeped in controversy for years as residents and environmentalists weigh the valley's cultural importance against the military's need for training, in the opening "EXHIBITION BY 12 ARTISTS EXAMINING THE CONTROVERSIAL SUBJECT OF MAKUA VALLEY."
