Surf down everywhere except along east-facing shores

Advertiser Staff

Surf is down along most shorelines today, except for east-facing shores that are expected to see surf of 4 feet to 6 feet, according to the National Weather Service.

Surf is expected to drop to 1 foot to 3 feet today along north-facing shores; drop to 1 foot to 2 feet along west-facing shores and hold at 1 foot to 3 feet along south-facing shores.

The current northwest swell will continue dropping through today. Another west-northwest swell will arrive late Friday, but surf will remain below the advisory level along all shores through Monday.
