See Kamehameha Highway plans at Pearlridge Center

Display boards detailing the state Department of Transportation's Kamehameha Highway Improvements Project will be unveiled tomorrow at Pearlridge Center Uptown in front of the Satellite City Hall. The boards wll be on display through April 15.

The Kamehameha Highway Improvements Project focuses on improving the safety, appearance and traffic flow along Kamehameha Highway from Center Drive (Hickam Air Force Base) to Waihona Street near the Pearl City Sam's Club. Planned changes include traffic signal coordination and timing improvements, sidewalk widening, landscaping, and sidewalk barriers to hinder jaywalking.
