Kapi'olani Blvd. water-main break means traffic delays

Kapi'olani Boulevard was closed between Ward Avenue and Kamake'e Street due to a broken water main.The problem was reported about 12:10 a.m.
Motorists were advised to avoid the area.
A repair crew from the Honolulu Board of Water Supply was sent and likely be working on repairs throughout the day today, board officials said.
