Honolulu Marathon champion, Lyubov Denisova, won today's More Magazine Half-Marathon Relay in Central Park.

Denisova, a 35-year-old Russian who shattered the Honolulu Marathon course record last December, ran 13.1 miles in one hour 16 minutes and 49 seconds, 38 seconds better than her nearest challenger.

She, along with 40 year-old Trina Painter of Flagstaff, Ariz., also won the event's team title in two hours 35 minutes and 59 seconds where two-women were scored on combined time, with the special provision that at least one women had to be 40 or older.

More than 6,000 women registered for the relay and a full marathon, which was organized by the New York Road Runners.
