Gwen Stefani, rockdom's hottest mom since Madonna, is returning to Hawai'i for a concert Aug. 24 at Blaisdell Arena.

Tickets — $67.50 and $47.50 — will go on sale Saturday at the Blaisdell box office, Ticketmaster locations (including Times Supermarkets), by phone at (877) 750-4400 and through www.ticketmaster.com.

The 37-year-old former No Doubt singer, who has appeared in the Islands with the band, has become a mom to son Kingston, now 9 months, with rocker husband Gavin Rossdale of the band Bush. She's also a celebrated fashion designer, via clothing line L.A.M.B. launched in 2003, and a spinoff line called Harajuku Lovers.

Stefani won Grammy Awards with No Doubt in 2003 for "Hey Baby" and in 2004 for "Underneath It All."

She will appear on "American Idol" twice this week, mentoring the Top 10 finalists on tomorrow's show, and performing "The Sweet Escape" with Akon on Wednesday's results program.

Her tour, "The Sweet Escape," is criss-crossing the United States but takes a Down Under turn in July and August, followed by Japan play dates in midAugust, making Hawai'i a prime stop this summer.

Then she hits Europe.
