The University of Hawai'i has announced a five-member advisory committee to assist athletic director Herman Frazier with screening and interviewing of candidates for the head men's basketball coaching opening.

The members are: Robert Ichikawa, an attorney; Janet Yoshida, president of the UH Alumni Association and senior director of marketing and sales for Hawaiian Airlines; Gay Satsuma, associate director for UH's Center for Japanese Studies; Tony Guerrero, vice chairman of Ahahui Koa Anuenue and vice chair of the retail banking group at First Hawaiian Bank; and Chantelle Laan, co-chair of UH's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and a member of the women's track and field team.

Frazier has said he hopes to name a successor to Riley Wallace after the NCAA men's basketball Final Four, which ends Monday.
