Job fair set for April 5 at Hawai'i Convention Center

The public is invited to a Work Works! Conference and Job Fair from 8 a.m. to noon April 5 at the Hawai'i Convention Center.The fair will be held in conjunction with a state Department of Health Supported Employment conference from April 3-5 that offers employers an opportunity to learn about and improve workplace diversity by hiring qualified persons with physical and/or mental disabilities.
It features local businesses that include ABC Stores, Bank of Hawai'i, Cingular Wireless, Easter Seals, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Hawaiian Electric Co., Home Depot, Kaiser Permanente, Macy's, Office Max, Safeway and Times Markets.
