Medical school to host cancer information day

The second annual Cancer Research Information Day is set for Saturday at the John A. Burns School of Medicine in Kaka'ako.The free event runs from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and will be held in the Medical Education Building at 651 Ilalo St. A light lunch will be provided, and informational booths will be set up.
Topics to be discussed include prostate and cervical cancers and clinical trials for cancer research. Seating is limited.
Parking is free with validation in Lot C at the corner of Ilalo Street and Forrest Avenue. For more information, go to www.crch.org.
